How to Live on Earth

This is a nice planet, and the only one we have, so we need to make it work at it's very best for everyone. This means clean air, water, soil, food and all the things that make it all work.

There are those who want us to think  that a job is more important than being able to survive what the job leaves behind. This is no greater (or worse) example than the jobs innocent people got at Hanford.

Hanford was a nuclear bomb making site, which built the bomb dropped on Nagasaki.

Unfortunately, a lot of radioactove waste was left behind, and remains to this day.

What we thought was the future became a problem for those of us in the future. We need to think about the end result of any project before we build it. Who ever thought a river could catch on fire? But the Cuyahoga River fire happened in 1969.

Add in oil spills, coal train spills, heavy metals in furtalizer, GMO foods, the brown cloud over China...We have a lot to do. The sign below says, "You can't eat money."
